2) App Overview
Sproutly helps you track so-called Plant Points – a playful way to support a plant-based and healthy lifestyle.
All data stays exclusively on your device.
We as developers do not receive any data and have no access to your in-app content.
3) Processed Data
Sproutly stores only the information required for its core features, such as:
- Your collected Plant Points
- App settings (target values, reminder preferences, locale)
No personal profiles are created, no analytics or marketing processing takes place, and no data is transmitted to HammerCoding or third parties.
4) Storage Location & Duration
All app data is stored locally on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall Sproutly.
Because the information only exists locally, you alone can remove it.
5) App Permissions
Sproutly uses only the permissions required for its functionality. Currently this includes:

6) Third Parties & Data Sharing
There is no sharing, selling, or cloud synchronisation of your data. Sproutly integrates no third-party SDKs and no analytics services.
This website is hosted via GitHub Pages. GitHub Inc. (Microsoft) may process technical data such as IP addresses or server logs to provide the site.

7) Legal Bases
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – fulfilment of the user relationship and provision of app functions.
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in functionality and stability, without tracking or analytics.
8) Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because Sproutly stores your data locally, you can exercise these rights directly by deleting the data or uninstalling the app.
9) Security
No data is transmitted over the internet; everything remains on your device.
Activate your device security features (screen lock, encrypted backups) to protect the information.
10) International Data Transfers
No international transfers occur for the Sproutly app itself.

11) Children
The app is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.
